I am trying to get a shared editor to upload some video files and he has

gotten a"not enough space to upload" message.  I checked and am only using

11.6% of 2TB at the moment.

Any suggestions?

Thanks ahead of time.

He doesn't get to use your upgrade space. Even with a shared folder, he's limited to the amount of space within his own account. He'll either need to upgrade for more space, or you can send him a file request instead.
