Shared folder content missing

Hi,

We have a folder shared in our team (dropbox business)

I have all the files and folders in my dropbox (local) and on the web version. 
The folder is shared with 9 colleagues.

When i close my dropbox application on my computer, the shared folder is appearing empty at my colleageas laptops (all 9)

i checked settings, sync status e.t.c. but everything seems fine, even the shared permissions. 

 

The strange thing is, that when i close the laptop or dropbox, they lose all the files. Never seen it before.

What you mention is quite an odd behavior indeed.

 

Can you please describe to me the steps that you’re taking in order to close the Dropbox app on your device? 

 

Also, I’d like you to clarify what’s the app version that your Dropbox app is running at the moment.

The issue is resolved, we've installed the dropbox folder on a new computer, now the issue is gone.
