Hi all,
We’ve used Dropbox for many years now but are far from experts.
I basically take inspection videos and photos for work and save them on an sd card.
I put the card in my Mac, open the file, create a folder then drag the required file into the folder. This usually takes sometime to upload especially if I have a lot of files, so dragging one at a time seems to work best.
Problem is this morning I’ve done the above but nothing happens, the circle isn’t spinning, the blue line isn’t starting… nothing
Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong?

Hi there @RhinoDive, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you clarify if you're uploading through the website directly or if you're using the desktop app and doing this via your Dropbox folder on your computer?

 

If it's the latter, could you have a look at your menu bar and let me know the app's status and version?
