Unable to access a shared folder

Unable to access a shared folder

Hello

I am a little baffled.

Im on a free plan as I don't use DB that often. I have a friend on a paid plan who has shared a folder with me. I can't see this folder, I haven't received any email to access this folder. My friend has added all files to the folder, I have seen it all on Facetime. I watched my friend add my email to share it with me. But nothing on my account is showing. He even tried copying the link to send to me, but when I click it, it's a 404.

I am unable to access support due to my account status, which is silly, as this seems to require actual support.

Any advice?

And just for reference, we have followed the instructions laid out by Dropbox https://help.dropbox.com/share/share-with-others

Hi @Pandaboom, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you able to see the folder on the Sharing tab on your account when you login?

This will help me to assist further!
