Hey @CAD-Sourcing L., thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Would you mind clarifying where you're seeing this behavior? Is it our website or the desktop app?

If it's the website, can you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

Keep me posted.

Thanks a lot, Hannah, I'm using a different browser and now my upload speed improves.

Happy to hear that and thanks for updating me here!

If you want, you can try to clear your main browser's cache, which should help you use that instead.

I hope that helps and do let me know if you have any more questions!

I´m having the same problem, for example, a 1Mb file, takes about 30 mins to upload, and my connection is fine, I have about 20Mb/s of upload

I´m using the desktop app, and if I try it in the web browser (Chrome), the file never uploads and after about 10 mins it prompt a error message that the file was not being able to upload

I already contacted my internet provider and they say that everything it's fine on their end, I also reseted my internet modem and I algo uninstaled the Dropbox app and instaled it again

Hope you can help me

I´m having a big problem trying to upload files, for example, a 1Mb file, takes about 30 mins to upload, and my connection is fine, I have about 20Mb/s of upload. I can upload a 25Mb file to WeTransfer in about 17 seconds, a file without any problems to a Gmail or even upload photos to Facebook

I´m using the desktop app, and if I try it in the web browser (Chrome), the file never uploads and after about 10 mins it prompt a error message that the file was not being able to upload.

I already contacted my internet provider and they say that everything it's fine on their end, I also reseted my internet modem, uninstaled the Dropbox app and instaled it again and I´m connected directly to the modem via cable and also a laptop via WiFi about 1 inch from the modem

Hope you can help me

Hey @Wachinfor, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you try adjusting the bandwidth settings through the desktop app's preferences and let us know if it improved matters at all?

Have you tried using another browser to see if you get any errors during the upload?

Keep us posted!
