I am trying to upload my resume from Dropbox but every time I hit the choose button; I get an error stating Dropbox does not recognize the http address of the employer. Help? I have the basic plan if that means anything.

Do you mean that you're trying to upload your resume to an employer's website by providing a link to the resume from your Dropbox account? You can't do that if it's an actual upload form. If they just want a link they can click on to view the resume then you could provide a shared link to the resume, but that won't work if it's a form to upload your resume.

Hi Rich, thank you for your reply but I’m still a bit confused. I uploaded a PDF copy of my resume to Dropbox. When I’m on an employer’s website, it asks me to upload my resume from Dropbox. I click on the Dropbox link from the employer’s website and choose the PDF file I want to upload and get the error for the http address. How do I correct this? Ugggghhhh, I’m such a Boomer!!! Thank you for your help and patience.

Can you provide a screenshot of the window showing the error? Be sure to mask any private information.
