camera upload didn't upload some photos

camera upload didn't upload some photos

Hi, 

My camera uploads on Android Samsung device didn't work, so I followed thsee troubleshooting steps https://help.dropbox.com/create-upload/upload-not-working-in-background#:~:text=%E2%80%9CLost%20perm....

 

Now, the new photos are being uploaded but the photos from last week not. How can I get those other photos to be uploaded too? I have the option to upload all photos (not only new ones) ticked in.

What types of photos are the ones not being uploaded? 

 

Are they normal images, do they have any filters on them, or anything else special?

These are regular photos that I take with my phone camera. After coming back from holidays I've noticed that camera uploads stopped working. So I have followed the troubleshooting steps, and the camer uploads now works properly however those old photos were never uploaded. 

Hope you can help me find a solution.

Could you clarify if you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

yes, I tried it all. I have now also uploaded the photos through google now, and since dropbox camera upload works with new photos, I think we can just leave the issue as unresolved. Thanks for trying to help.
