I keep getting the sync error and I don't know how to fix it.
Have you looked to see how long the file / folder path is? It needs to be less than about 250 characters or it fails - due to Windows restrictions.
A simple way of testing that is to move it to the top level of Dropbox and see if it syncs. If it does try renaming the directories its in and it should work 🙂

When I click on the Go to File button, it takes me to a directory that I am not trying to sync.
Hi @Ronald-1956, sorry for jumping in.
Did you try Mark’s suggestion, by any chance? Are you having the same issue if you move these files within the root Dropbox folder in your File Explorer?
