Hello, can someone help me to understand why the app on the desktop didn't sincronise anymore the new added files?

If I log in in Dropbox online via Google chrome everything is updated, instead in windows app no...

I just used Dropbox Basic --> 712,14 MB di 5,75 GB

At today I have to delete the app and work online, but it's more complicated than the app.

Thank you

Welcome aboard the forum, @marina robi85!

Just to clarify, have you already removed the Dropbox app from your computer? If not yet, can you please check and let me know its current syncing status?

Also, I'd like you to visit www.dropbox.com and make sure that none of the files/folders that can't sync to the app have any of these characters in their filenames.

Let me know when you've got updates.

Thanks for giving that a go!

If you check the bottom part of your screen, when your clock settings are showing, can you see a small Dropbox icon? If yes, I’d like you to hover over it and let me know what’s its syncing status and app version.

Also, if you open your local Dropbox folder and add a small file there, do you see it on www.dropbox.com?

In any case I don't see in the bottom part the dropbox icon.

Also is not updated like the one online, there are missing documents.

In order to sync your files between the Dropbox website and your computer, you’ll need to install the desktop app once again.

Can you please click here to install it and let me know if you see the Dropbox icon in your system tray after that? You may need to click on the small arrow in your system tray instead to see it.

I have already installed again, but didn't have the files updated.

You screenshot shows that you've downloaded the installer, but have you actually run it and gone through the installation process? If so, click the up arrow near your clock ( ^ ) to show hidden icons and see if the Dropbox icon is visible there.

I think is asking me to pay the upgrade, but I have a lot of space unused, so I still don't understand.

It's sycro 2 docs really small and it takes hours?
