20 years of photos just gone!

Hello there,

I am fricking out!

I just went to visit my photos folder on my dropbox and was shocked to see that all the years from 2000 up to 2019 are just gone from my dropbox.

I did not delete them... these are all my life memories with my kids from birth! I am devastated

I contacted support and the guy said there is nothing he can do, wouldn't put me through to the manager nor escalate the case 

Any idea of what I can do now? (beside crying😭)

Hi @Ayala L., I am sorry to hear about that!

Do you have a ticket number reference from your communication with our Support? 

I'm assuming you went through all the basic troubleshooting such as checking your deleted files page, and events' page with them, right?
