20GB to 2 GB Downgrade, where are the lost files ?

Where can I find the files.

I had 20GB Subscription free from Dell, then lost the track.

The current space is 2GB, but I see all files are lost.

Can I restore old files ?

Hi there @pumpsq, I'm sorry to hear about this!

The extra space that you receive when purchasing a Dell device is a promotional space that expires after 12 months.

If you check your Plan page here and check under "Earn more space", do you see the status of the Dell promotion there? You may need to click the "View more earned space" to see it.

From what you mentioned though that all your files are lost too, it sounds like perhaps this could be another account. If you follow these steps, do you see the files you're missing to restore them?

Let me know - thanks!
