Accessing a shared folder over our storage limits

Accessing a shared folder over our storage limits

Hi

I've just been given access to a shared folder which is over our storage limits. Is there any way I can access the folder to delete things without upgrading?

Many thanks

Ceri

Hi @cgarrett

No, sorry, there isnt.

The owner or somebody already in the share will need to do this for you.

Hi @cgarrett, I hope you're doing well!

Mark covered the right answer here. However, you can always ask the owner to share a link with you.

You won't be able to edit the content in the folder, but you can preview and download files.

I hope this clarifies.
