Bulk delete on dropbox.com

I accidentally added a folder with two million files to my Dropbox. I would like to delete the folder, but dropbox.com won't let me--"There are too many files in one request."

From Googling, I've seen a suggestion that if I wait for all the files to sync, I can then bulk delete in Finder. But the sync will take forever!

Hey @DirkDoncic, sorry to see you're having trouble with this.

How did you initially add the files to your Dropbox? Did you use the website or Dropbox folder in your Finder?

If you used the Dropbox folder, you can just move the files out of it, to stop them from syncing.
