Hi Marc, thank you very much for your help. When I  right-click, could it be on the app (iPhone) or online, i do not have access to delete, rename or move. All in light grey, not accessible. I am using the free version and am now in over capacity. Thanks a lot. Olivier

Hi Olivier! Sorry for jumping in.

Is it possible to send me a screenshot of what you see exactly on the Dropbox website, when right clicking on your files?

Have you tried logging in to Dropbox via another browser and the same thing happens?

Thanks for the screenshot, Olivier, and Happy New Year!

By the look of it, this seems like a shared folder to which you’ve been added as a member. Is there any chance that you don’t have editing permissions to it, and you’ve been added as a view-only member instead?

You can check this by clicking on the Share button located next to the “4 members” indication, and then going to the “Who can access” option from the pop-up window.

Let me know what you see there.
