Since Dropbox does not have live chat support, I am hoping to get someone to assist me. I have 3 dropbox files and need them rearranged a bit. but one dropbox is full and I need to delete ALL of the files in it as they are irrelevant. When I go to delete them, the delete button doesn't show because they are "shared" to that file. ( I get this) But when I go to the "parent" dropbox file where it was supposedly shared, they are not there. I deleted them years ago. So my dropbox is full and I can't delete any of it. This is an email address I still use and I want to continue to use it. Any suggestions on how to delete files that have been shared with me as a view only? Thank you for your time!
