Can't delete folders in Dropbox

Can't delete folders in Dropbox

I am unable to delete folders in Web browser. The problem has started when I synced it with PC and then stoped because it started to synced to many files from computer (I'm on free version). I have unsynced Dropbox account from my PC but the folder "My PC" is still there and it has some folders in it that I can't delete. I can delete files in this folders but not the folders itself.

Hey @Bossa1, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community and happy holidays!

When you say that you unsynced your computer, can you please describe the steps you followed?

Also, before you did that, did you disable the computer backup feature on your Dropbox application?

If not, I suggest you make sure that the Dropbox app is working again and then disable computer backup.

Once it's disabled, you should be able to delete the folders from Dropbox.

Let me know how it goes.
