Can't find older pictures on my account

Hi I am unable to find the first 3 months of my daughters life on dropbox the folder is there but no photos any suggestions will be very gratefully received. The photos are not in deleted. Many thanks one sad mumma

Hi @Sadiepickles, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
 
When was the last time you saw these images? Are you able to locate your missing files on the events page?
 
Do they appear on the deleted files page instead? 

This will help me to assist further.

Thank you so much for your reply but unfortunately the photos aren’t in either place.

Anything else I could try?

If they are not showing on events one of two things has happened - either they were deleted beyond your account restore limits OR they were never uploaded in the first place. 😞

If you're not seeing the missing files in either location, then there's a few more possibilities as to why this might be the case:
 

• The files are on another Dropbox account
• They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more
• The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period
• The files were permanently deleted

I'd recommend checking to see if you have another Dropbox account under another email address that you own to see if the images could be there.
