Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
I accidentally deleted a folder with one file in it, and can see it in my deleted files as well on the events page. However, when I click Restore all files, and then Dropbox tells me the files were successfully restored, it doesn't show up on my files pages and I don't know where to access the file. It still shows up in my deleted folder after "successfully restoring" as well, so it seems like the restore isn't going through.
Are you giving them time to restore? It may take a few mins to download and restore etc. after the website tells it to do it.

After waiting a few hours, the file / folder is still in my deleted files.
Do you have enough space to restore the files?
If that does not work I'm afraid you'll need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support
