Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hi,
I just started at a new job and received the invite to set-up my company dropbox account and acces the files I need to do my job. Now everything is set-up, installed the dropbox app and google chrome. However, I still can't see any of the files or folders in the company dropbox. Not in the browser, app or in finder. We've checked the following:
- I am a member of the company dropbox.
- I have the rights to acces and edit the folders and files.
- Synch is enabled.
- I've tried using different browsers, switching between safari and chrome. Cleared caches, history etc but to no avail.
I'm using a MacBook Air running macOS Big Sur 11.5.1

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for your reply. The problem was resolved with the help of the dropbox support team. Eventually we had to remove the shared folder from the company dropbox and then add it again. This resolved the problem. Have a great day.
