Changing to the family plan made me lose my files

Hello i cange my dropbox from privat to Family but after i did this all folders are gone. Deleted. He hat a Business Account first than io was cancel to  2 GB than i chnage to Family because Business was wrong i want to share with Famly but in the process Droipbox ask me to delete the Workgroup. I did say OK becasue i have my datas for myself i did not knopw that Dropbox delete as well the Datats for me. How can i get my Folders back for me this was all my datas. I was the admin but i want to keep my dtatas that very important

Hi @Patrick_Willemre, thanks for messaging today!

I understand your concern over this matter. Could you clarify if you created the Family plan, or joined an existing one?

Was another person a member of a Dropbox Business team, and then downgraded to join the Family plan?

Regarding the missing files, are they visible on this page, or in the events page?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
