No. If it's been more than 30 days, a deleted file cannot be recovered.

I deleted the contents of my files in dropbox and missed the time to get the files back. Those deleted files were very important to me. Is there any way I can get those files back? If there is a way, even if it is difficult, I would be very happy if you could help me. Thanks.

Unfortunately, if you're beyond a file's recovery time or if it was permanently deleted, there's no way to recover it now.
It is possible to recover deleted files in other cloud applications. It is possible to recover files if certain conditions are met when contacting the support team of those applications. Why isn't this available for Dropbox?

Simply because the option isn't available. As soon as a file is deleted permanently, it's no longer possible to be restored, even by Dropbox. You have either 30 days or 180 days to recover a file, depending on your subscription (at the time of deletion, upgrading now doesn't help). Once a file is beyond its recovery period, or if a file is permanently deleted, it can no longer be recovered.
