Desktop data has been cleared

Desktop data has been cleared

Ruben Perez

Good afternoon,

I'm new to this and I don't control it much. I have the basic version of dropbox.
What has happened to me is that my laptop was linked to dropbox and to have more space and due to my ignorance, what I have done is delete the folder directly, which has deleted everything I had on my computer. I have given it to recover deleted files but it has recovered very few, I am basically missing everything. I don't know what to do anymore I have tried everything and I would need to recover it urgently

If someone could help me I would really appreciate it

Thanks

Ruben

Hi @Ruben Perez, thanks for contacting us.

Just to clarify, are you referring to restoring the missing files from the deleted files page on the site?

Or, was this via the recycle bin on your computer?

This will help me to assist further!
