Downgraded to free and lost my files

Hello everyone!

 

I am Dalma. I had to downgrade my account to save money to free and cannot find any of my files. Because I am on free I cannot contact customer support either. It is really frustrating, can you help me?

Dropbox does not delete/remove files if you go to a free account so something else has happened.

 

What does www.dropbox.com/events show?
