Dropbox full but I already delete all files

Dropbox full but I already delete all files

Hello,

due to the message that my dropbox is full I have delete all the files (online and on my computer) and also empty the dropbox trash folder online, the shared folder I have also canceled and delete every file there before I disconnect my person in the shared folder. now Dropbox didn't show me any file or folder (not in the trash or in the shared folder nowhere) but it shows me that are 10GB from my 13GB is still in use.

I also delete every single link from my iPhone and iPad and also the other App links like adobe etc. online in dropbox.

How can I get back the 13GB and empty the Dropbox totally? I try it now for several days and today I delete everything but no results.

Thanks for your help

Hi @Salvi

Just to check that when you go to www.dropbox.com/home you dont have any files showing?
