Dropbox photos disappeared all of a sudden

I was trying to organize my dropbox photos and was going through and deleting some photos. However, during one set of deleting suddenly all of my photos disappeared from my dropbox. I went to the recently deleted thinking that maybe I deleted everything by accident, but they weren't there either. I don't know what to do as it was all of my photos.

 

I don't understand why my photos suddenly disappeared. If someone can, please help me.

Where were you deleting them from @sputhman1 ? Was it computer, phone, website etc.?

 

And what is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
