Dropbox sync blocked

Dropbox sync blocked

Hi everybody!

I have deleted many files in my Dropbox but now the sync is very slow and I think it is blocked at 349 files (for more than one week). What should I do? I have restarted the PC, restarted the Dropbox, try to sync in the Dropbox website...

Hi @Gia1, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about the slow syncing. Could you try to speed this up by removing the limits on the sync bandwidth using the steps here?

 

Bear in mind that unlinking and relinking the account can slow things down since it needs to re-index the files on the account again.
