We are not certain how, but somehow a duplicate top level folder was created in our shared space. Unfortunately, different people have worked on different sub-folders within each of these duplicate top level folders for several days before anyone noticed the problem. Ideally, we would like to "merge" these two top level folders somehow and be able to reconcile any differences. We don't think that the same document was edited in each folder but are not sure - regardless - it's likely that not too many sub-folders/documents that were involved since its only been a short term issue.
What would the best way to proceed with merging these two top level folders into one and make sure the resulting merged folder contains the most up to date subfolders/documents from each?
