Erasing pictures that filled the capacity of Dropbox

I can't erase pictures loaded in error to the system since it says the Max capacity was achieved.  The Dropbox appears to be blocked, and the only "solution" is to pay for a larger capacity memory.   ANy ideas?

Hi @kopela01, welcome to our Community!

Are you trying to delete the extra content, using our website? If so, do you get any errors when trying to delete the files off of your Dropbox account?

Let me know more!

I can't find a way to delete the pictures accidentally downloaded. I see the "name of them" but there is no way to get rid of them.

There is  a legend in pink "Your drop box is full", upgrade for more space...."

All linked accounts are "full"

There is no Customer Service at Dropbox that can resolve the situation...

Hey @kopela01, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you're using the desktop app, the mobile one or the website to do this?

If you could also attach a screenshot of what's troubling you, I'd appreciate it.

The system shows thousands of pictures added a few days ago.

The legend is in all platforms. I phone an Microsoft desk top

No clue on how to add pictures to this platform

Hi @kopela01, are you perhaps referring to shared content?

If not, could you try following these steps, in order to delete the content you don't need, and let me know of the results?

I downloaded all my pictures by mistake and want to erase them. Until now I’ve done it one by one and can’t find a way of erasing all of them as it is very tiring to the eyes

@Anma, can you access the Photos page perhaps, select your photos in bulk, and delete them this way from your Dropbox account?
