Excel for web is not allowing me to edit an Excel file

I have an excel spreadsheet on Dropbox.

first opened it and clicked use EXCEL for web, it worked great.

Then I opened it in Google Docs, worked great,

when I open the EXCEL for WEB file on Dropbox, I can VIEW ONLY, NOT EDIT

how can I EXCEL web to work again.

Hey @sbrady19, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you seeing the same behavior, if you do this from a different browser or a private browsing window?

Can you also clear your browser's cache, to see if that helps too?
