File Recovery Help Please

I'm Korean, so please understand that I'm not good at English.

I accidentally deleted a file from the web and it was also deleted from my desktop.

When I click on the recovery button on the web, it says recovery is complete, but the recovery doesn't work.

How do I do a recovery?

Hi @22yourspring, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

When you recover the file from the Dropbox site, does it appear on the site again?

Is the Dropbox desktop application syncing to allow the file to sync down to your computer?
