Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
For some reasons, dropbox fails to restore deleted files.
As you can see in the .gif below, it says it worked out and restored deleted files, but upon refreshing and checking the folder they're still deleted.
The same thing is happenning to me !

Hi i am having problems rewinding my account. nearly all my dropbox was deleted over night which was not done by myself it might of been hacked. i have now changed my password. I have tried to restore deleted files and i still have missing files. I have tried to rewind my account and it says

Can you please let me know if you get any different results from another browser or an incognito window?
If you do, could you try restoring the deleted files from your events page?
