File Restoration not working

File Restoration not working

For some reasons, dropbox fails to restore deleted files.

As you can see in the .gif below, it says it worked out and restored deleted files, but upon refreshing and checking the folder they're still deleted.

Hi i am having problems rewinding my account. nearly all my dropbox was deleted over night which was not done by myself it might of been hacked. i have now changed my password. I have tried to restore deleted files and i still have missing files. I have tried to rewind my account and it says 

1 of 3: Pick a day to get started
Activity: this week
There was an internal Dropbox error, but we can still help you use Rewind.Contact support
now i need to get my account back to a few days ago. I need help asap

Hi @ipsumdevelopments; thanks for joining the discussion here and sorry to hear you're having issues with our Rewind feature. 

 

Can you please let me know if you get any different results from another browser or an incognito window? 

 

If you do, could you try restoring the deleted files from your events page
