File not restoring when I try to recover it, using the deleted files page.

Hello, I am in dire need of help on accessing a previously deleted file. When I search for the file in the deleted items sidebar, I can see the file, can click to restore it, and dropbox claims it's successful, however I don't see the file nor know where to access it. Is there anywhere I can find help on this topic?

Hi @rvince, let's see what we can find about this!

After restoring your content, you should be able to locate it, when visiting the previous location it was in or the homepage. What happens if you try to search for the file name, using the search-bar on top?

Also, could you try to restore it, using the events page? If you click on the blue hyperlink of the deletion event, you should see a restore button, that allows you to undo that.
