Yesterday, while I was working in Dropbox via Finder, one of my main folders just randomly started taking files away. The only files that remain was the folder path leading to 6 JPEGs I had open in Photoshop. I am a team member in a buisness account.
When our admin team looked into the issue, it appears that the files are missing from our entire team dropbox. Under Dropbox.com/Events
The event says "Admin removed access to the shared folder 2. PORTRAITS" However, our admin member did not change any settings and from their log in, they cannot find those files anywhere.
Any advice?? These are client files that are EXTREAMLY important that we recover
