Files and folders password

Good morning everyone, I'm having issues with opening files and folders. I can't open any file or folder that I have shared on Dropbox because a password is requested. When I try to put my password account to open files and folders an error comes up and I can't open anything. I use Dropbox for my job, wow can I solve this issue quickly?

It might have been a temporary bug that solved automatically in a short time. Thank you anyway for your time and concern!

Hi @nnscarabelli96; welcome to our Community!

I'm not quite sure how this might have happened; could you clarify if those files are yours or if they have been shared with you via a shared link?

If the latter, has the owner set up a password for those links?

A screenshot of the exact error you get would also be very helpful!
