Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hey. We have files in Dropbox, but we don't have any content in them. We don't see deletion in activities. This has shaken our confidence in dropbox. Can you help us?
Hey @Tnt Genel1, welcome to the Dropbox Community and sorry to see you're having trouble.
Can you please clarify what happened? Do you see your folders, but they're empty, with no files in them?
Or are you talking about files (as in documents) missing their contents?
Have you checked your events page for any events related to those files?
Let me know what you find.

Yes, we can see our folders, but they're empty, with no files in them. And yes we checked our event page, there is nothing relevant to those folders unfortunately.
Hey @Tnt Genel1, sorry to jump here!
Did you use the desktop app to upload your content? If so, when was the last time you saw the files online on the website?
