How can I find old files and delete them?

How can I find old files and delete them?

I need to find and delete old files to free up space for some new work files 

But I cannot find the old files that need to be deleted 

Running on Mac OS 10.15.7 if that helps 

I'm not good with computers and this system has me beaten !

Are you trying to free up space on your hard drive or your Dropbox?

 

If it's your Dropbox, you can also find and delete your files using our website.
