The files got deleted from my Dropbox 4 months while I was having a basic plan. If I upgrade to a professional plan will I be able to recover those files?????

These are all the directories that can help you with restoring files! That being said upgrading to other plans don't seem to help to recover any more than having a basic account! I might be wrong tho

No, that won't be possible. Upgrading now does not extend the recovery period for files that have already been deleted. Only files deleted after the upgrade would have the extended recovery period.
