How can I recover my files?

hello guys , before i isntalled dropbox i had all my files in my pc and desktop , but now they are gone in dropbox , how can I get my datas from the dropbox back to my Pc ? Pls help Iam scared, THANK YOU

Could you try checking the deleting files page to see if you can recover the files from there?
