How can I request a complete archive of our Dropbox Business account including deleted files?

How can I request a complete archive of our Dropbox Business account including deleted files?

Who do I need to contact, and how, to get a complete archive of everything in our Dropbox Business account? I assume this is about a terrabyte of data and will require a hard drive for shipment.

Can you please let me know what plan are you on and clarify if you're an admin of the team or a member only? 

 

Also, have you tried downloading your account's content from the website?

We downgraded from Business. So, I guess well have to turn that back on. I am an assigned admin. 

 

Yes, I've downloaded as much as possible but we're finding that some items are missing. The question is how can Dropbox help us archive all of our files.
