How can I stop automatically uploading photos?

I have both Amazon Photos and One Drive photos automatically up load. I see they are also uploading to Dropbox. Is that a wasted ? If it is or I want to stop the upload to Dropbox how can I do this? I'm 76 yrs old so dumb down you reply, please. Thanks
