If the account has actually been closed then it's not possible to recover the account or the files within it. If the team had been disbanded, all team member accounts would have been converted to individual Dropbox accounts and the team admins would have received a copy of all team content. See the link I posted above.
You can try contacting Support, but if the account really is closed, it's likely too late to get the files back.
Hi @jralfaro, just for confirmation, when you say the account was closed, do you mean it was completely deleted from the site?
Or, is the account still active, but only downgraded from the Dropbox Business plan?

The account was closed by our Admin because license expiration on OCT 13, 2022. Then Dropbox plan changed to Personal Plan automatically. but it not delete the files yet
It looks like you have two Dropbox accounts on your device, which, once a Business account is disbanded you cannot do. So, that local Dropbox folder will now not work.
You should, however, be able to access the files via the Dropbox website if you log in BUT you'll need to make sure youve enough quota to do so.

I want to recover the data of [email address removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines] back. can you check it, please?
I dont work for Dropbox @jralfaro
And you need to do that yourself - simply log on to the account which was the business account thats now disbanded. If needed use an Incognito window to do so.
