How do I remove a folder from a computer but keep it in my dropbox for other users/computers?

Hi - I have a large dropbox folder system that i use for work, and I have more than one computer at home. I want one to have all the folders, and one to only have a few - how can I take them off the second computer without removing the folder from dropbox entirely? One of the folders is a huge shared work folder that I'm worried I'll accidentally delete for everyone if I delete it off here.

I seemed to have worked out how to do it before, but can't remember, and the db app doesn't seem to give me any options for which folders to keep and not keep on a given computer. Do I just delete it here?
