Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Dropbox stopped syncing between my devices, so I had to re-install. Then it synced fine, but backed up all the documents in my computer. Now I have exceeded my storage limit.
How can I:
1) Delete all the files from the DropBox servers except the few I want to back up (without deleting them from my computer), and
2) Tell the server to stop backing up the folders I don't want backed up
???
I do not want to upgrade to a higher-storage plan.
Thanks.

You have the computer backup feature enabled.
