How to backup only one folder

How to backup only one folder

Hi, I see selective sync, but I want dropbox to only sync FROM my computer a specific folder within DOCUMENTS, not the whole Documents folder. Why is there no option to do this?

Hi there @unkown_usre; welcome to our Community!

Since using the computer backup feature isn't an option for sub-folders of your Documents folder, you can copy or move (upload in essence) the sub-folder in your Dropbox folder and once it's synced, apply any selective sync settings you may need or want.

Let me know if this makes sense.
