I can't delete Dropbox Backup since I no longer have access to the device.

I can't delete Dropbox Backup since I no longer have access to the device.

I can't delete the back up that is taking up a lot of space. I don't have access to the computer to delete it. I've linked the computer, but the back up still exist. even though I've unleashed the computer from the account

Have you tried to delete it from your Backups page?

Yes, I did, but it won't let me delete it and I can't use yes, I did, but it won't let me delete it, and I can't use the computer to delete itthe since I sold the computer and reset it

You're certain that the computer is no longer listed as a device on your Security page?

Hey @Landon1, let's jump right into this! 

 

Just to summarize the situation here: you wish to delete your Dropbox Backup, but you have some trouble doing that, since you can't find your device when visiting your Security page, is that right? 

 

Provided this is the case, then I'd be happy to send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this, and see what can be done.
