I have been a dropbox user since 2012/13 or so. However, my dropbox space got filled and was asked to upgrade it. So I could not upgrade at that time. Today, I signed in into my dropbox account only to find out that the whole space is empty like a new user. Please help, I need my files and folders back. They are very important to me. I hope to hear from you soon.

I can't really remember but it's more than a year I signed into dropbox. I only use one email address for my dropbox account. Thanks.

Thanks, your answer at least lets me know why my folders disappeared.
However, I seemed to lose the space also, I have no space left to load friends' folder, even my box has nothing left/empty.
Any way to gain the space back?
