I cannot see a shared folder

Hi there! 

I need some help. My boss & I share a cash flow folder, which is actually an excel. The problem is that we created a lot of copies because we cannot see what the other edited. It's weird because we can see the folder in dropbox but when we edit it the edition doesn't appear.

The rules are ok on the folder SharePlay or the excel file? Same problems on other types of files?

A qué te referis con "las reglas"?

El problema es que el administrador me compartió un archivo excel y no lo puedo ver en mi drop. 

A su vez cuando yo edito un excel compartido que está en esa misma carpeta el no puede ver los cambios. 

No nos sucede con otros archivos. Solo con los excel.
