I cant find my old files

I cant find my old files

Bryant Boyd

Hello,

I've been using dropbox for 7 years and I've recently renewed my subscription but on my new subscription none of my old files are there. What can I do as this was important information and photos?

Sincerely

Bryant

You didnt renew your subscription then, you've actually set up a brand new account. And as such all of your data etc. is on the OLD email account.

If you log in to that you should be able to find it easily 🙂
