I have issues with syncing and missing files

I've used DB since 2012 (I'll give you all the email addresses) and I've never had this many issues with syncing, missing files, missing folders and not being able to get in touch with you guys is stressful. Files are irreplaceable and since my bill is past due you freeze syncing and downgrade me? It's not paid because I have no idea if my files are intact or I need to find out if I lost any. I need to discuss this with you guys. You deleted my last post and never reached out. Why should I panic pay? Since the Mac update I have no idea how many files have been lost, duplicated, or if they're just floating around somewhere. I have an open ticket, please get in touch. I'll transfer my files but please unfreeze my account or whatever is happening.

I understand your frustration over this matter. 

 

Could you let me know the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team to locate it on the system?
