Hi. I'm drop box user.

 

I logged in Dropbox after a long time. By the way, there's a big problem. The pictures I saved disappeared. The 2019 photo is gone. 

I'm leaving a question to ask if it's possible to restore the picture.

I'm praying for the picture to be restored.

Hey @jinhyun, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please clarify how long has it been since you last logged into the account in question?

 

If it's been more than a year, it's possible that it was closed due to inactivity. 

 

Otherwise, you should be able to find some signs of your missing files in your events page
